What is your coach to participant ratio?
1:15 ratio, 1 coach to 15 participants is our standard ratio. We are able to further reduce the ratio if required.
Are your coaches PETS cleared?
Yes, our coaches are background checked and PETS cleared.
What programs are offered?
Programs offered range from Basketball, Soccer Fundamentals , Active Kids 60, Multi-Sports, Games & Activities. Program are offered year round.
What is the daily minimum time commitment?
The daily minimum time commitment is 2 hours per day.
How long is the contract commitment for?
Contract commitments are until June and renewable yearly.
What payment options are available?
We offer flexible payment options to fit the needs of your school or organization.
Do you offer a trial session?
Yes, we do offer a trial session. Please click on get a quote to sign up your school or organization for a trial session.
Do you offer Holiday & Summer Camp options?
Yes, we do offer Holiday and Summer PEP camps.
How fast can you get the program started at my school?
Our turn around time is 3 weeks upon contract signing.
Do you need supplemental support from our staff?
Supplemental support is always welcomed were participants are in need of additional 1 ON 1 support.
Does my school or organization have to provide the equipment?
Equipment is provided by hosting site, we are able to assist in guiding which equipment is needed if necessary.
What is the general onboarding process?
Our onboarding process is easy and seamless. It starts with filling our intake form. From there we can implement programming within 3 weeks.
What grades do you service?
We service grades PK-8.
Are you a DOE Vendor?
Yes, we are a DOE vendor.
Do you offer programming on Saturdays?
Yes, we are able to offer Saturday PEP for your school or organization.
Are you able to provide service in a multi-purpose room?
Yes, we have the capability to offer programming in multi-purpose room.
What is the curriculum structure?
Our curriculum is custom tailored to your school or organization population with the foundation developing motor skills, provide knowledge about health and fitness, foster social and emotional development through participation in physical activities and promote a lifelong active and healthy lifestyle.
Do you offer a parent sponsored program?
Yes, we do offer parent sponsored programming year round
Do you offer programming for IEP students?
Our curriculum is tailored to incorporate IEP students.
Do your coaches come to our school or facility?
Yes, our coaches travel to hosting site.
What is the difference between the parent vs school sponsored program?
The parent sponsored program, parents make payments towards their children’s enrichment programming. The school sponsored program, school administration makes payment towards enrichment programming.
